
- Maintained city services while holding the line on taxes, making Arden Hills one of the lowest taxed cities in Ramsey County.
- Created 7.2 miles of paved trails since 2010 for residents to enjoy the beauty of our city.
- Revitalized Lexington Ave and County Road E by adding Lexington Station and Arden Plaza businesses.
- Created a 20 year maintenance program to ensure our city roads, trails, parks, water, sewer and city vehicles are maintained, remaining within budget.
- Worked to obtain $1.7 million dollars in state and regional funding to improve our city (obtained $1.85M of federal CARES and Rescue Plan dollars).
- Upgraded the city website to ensure easier access and navigation to view more city information
- Ensured Land O’ Lakes remained in Arden Hills and worked with them to expand their facility.
- Maintained and enhanced our quality of life in Arden Hills.
- Supported residents and business during COVID and Metro Surge.
