Ramsey County, Minnesota and City of Arden Hills local officials celebrated the completion of construction improvements to County Road H and County Road I near the Rice Creek Commons redevelopment this morning.
These roadway improvements will enhance traffic flow, increase pedestrian safety, and provide access to the mixed-use development for new residents and visitors.
“The construction improvements are a concrete step forward in the redevelopment project,” said Mayor David Grant.
